Mysooru Properties (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through mysooruproperties.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect the name, phone number or email address, and message you provide. We use this only to respond to your enquiry about a property.

When you click a WhatsApp or “Call” button on the site, you’re taken directly to WhatsApp or your phone’s dialer — we don’t collect or store anything from that click on our end.

We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Property view counts

To show approximate interest on a listing (e.g., “50+ people have viewed this listing”), we count how many times each property page is viewed. To avoid counting the same visitor twice, we temporarily process a one-way, irreversible scrambled version of your IP address — this is automatically deleted after 12 hours, is never stored in its original form, and is never linked to your name or any other information you provide us. It’s used only to keep the view count accurate, nothing else.

How we use it

Information submitted through the Contact form is used solely to get back to you about the property or enquiry you asked about. We may keep a record of past enquiries for our own reference (e.g., to follow up or maintain a history of interest in a listing).

Data storage

Enquiries submitted through the Contact form are sent by email to our team. This website is hosted with Hostinger.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, by contacting us at [contact email from Settings > Mysooru Options].

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
