Mysooru Properties was built around one idea: buying or selling a home shouldn’t mean going through three layers of brokers before you ever speak to the person who actually owns the property.

“Mysooru” comes from the Kannada word sooru — home. It’s also a nod to Mysuru, one of the two cities we work in. Put together, it’s simple: this is about finding your home.

What we do differently

Every listing on this site is sourced directly from the property owner — not resold from another portal, not passed through a chain of agents. When you enquire about a flat, a plot, or a piece of land here, you’re one conversation away from the person who actually owns it.

We focus on two cities: Bangalore and Mysore. Bangalore because it’s where the market moves fastest, and Mysore because — frankly — it’s underserved. The big national portals treat it as an afterthought. We don’t.
